Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the eBay Order to Google Sheet Chrome extension handles information when you use it.
1. Information the extension processes
When you use the extension on a supported eBay order details page, it may read order information displayed on that page, including the order number, product title, order date, quantity, colour, size, buyer delivery details and phone number, order earnings, order status, and the eBay page URL.
2. Google Sheets access
You choose the Google Sheet to use. The extension requests Google authorization so it can access the Google Sheets API and write the selected order information to the worksheet you choose. The extension is designed to send the order data directly to your connected Google Sheet rather than through a separate application server.
3. Use of information
The information is used to provide the extension's core function: extracting supported eBay order details, showing them for review, and saving them to your selected Google Sheet.
4. Your control
You control which Google Sheet you connect and can remove the extension or revoke its Google authorization through your Google account settings. You should only connect a Sheet that you own or are authorised to edit.
5. Data sharing and sale
The extension does not provide a feature for selling your order information. Data written to Google Sheets is stored in the Google account and spreadsheet you choose. Google may process data according to Google's own policies and terms.
6. Third-party services
The extension interacts with eBay web pages and the Google Sheets API. Their services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Security
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your Google account, extension access, and Sheet permissions protected, and avoid sharing sensitive spreadsheets with people who should not have access.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or support, contact hubtopchoice@gmail.com.
This document describes the extension's current behaviour and is not legal advice. Review it against your final product, business details, and applicable laws before publication.
